Personal Trainer – Coach Austyn comes from an athletic background as a child and into his years of service in the Marine Corps. While he never truly embraced the importance of strength-training and proper nutrition growing up he had a life changing event in February of 2020 that soon turned into a calling of helping the average American citizen improve their quality of life through fitness, nutrition, and mental performance.Since that calling, Coach Austyn has been slowly learning how to efficiently implement life altering fitness and nutrition habits into the lives of hundreds of his fellow Americans. All while keeping it simple and manageable with any lifestyle!While his biggest passion and drive in life is the health of others, Coach Austyn still does have some hobbies he enjoys outside of his work and training! He is an avid baseball fan from the Atlanta area with an unbreakable loyalty to his hometown Braves! He also enjoys playing slow-pitch softball on the weekends, hiking, mountain-biking, obstacle course racing, and relaxing with his dog (Thor) and cat (Binks).“My biggest desire is to show each person I interact with that living a healthy, balanced, and purposeful life is within reach of us all.
