Personal Trainer – I am a former collegiate athlete specializing in Return to Sport Protocols for athletes coming back from major knee injuries such as ACL tears, Meniscus tears, and more.I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida.I was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2019 Division 1 National Champion UCF Cheerleading Team.I have served as a Sports Scientist for the Division 1 ACC Champion UCF Men’s Soccer Team.I personally competed as a Division 2 Collegiate Soccer Player at Florida Institute of Technology from 2014-2017.I have been personally mentored by Ben Patrick AKA The Knees Over Toes Guy.I have used his mentorship to recover from ankle surgery and transform my athleticism from a recorded 5.2 second 40-yard dash as a collegiate athlete to a current 4.5 when most would be considered well past their athletic ‘prime’.Now I use this cutting edge training and skill set to help athletes recover from critical knee injuries and come back stronger, faster, and safer than with conventional means.To date I have helped over 50 athletes comeback from major injuries like these with ZERO instances of re-tear.

While he never truly embraced the importance of strength-training and proper nutrition growing up he had a life changing event in February of 2020 that soon turned into a calling of helping the average American citizen improve their quality of life through fitness, nutrition, and mental performance.Since that calling, Coach Austyn has been slowly learning how to efficiently implement life altering fitness and nutrition habits into the lives of hundreds of his fellow Americans. All while keeping it simple and manageable with any lifestyle!While his biggest passion and drive in life is the health of others, Coach Austyn still does have some hobbies he enjoys outside of his work and training! He is an avid baseball fan from the Atlanta area with an unbreakable loyalty to his hometown Braves!
