Brittany Brown – Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer – After graduating college with my Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science I directed my career into a passion of mine, and the place I consider home, the gym. I am a CSCS strength and conditioning specialist, personal trainer certified through NASM, PPSC pain free performance specialist, and Level 1 USA weightlifting. With 3 years experience, I had the opportunity to work with youth athletes, post physical therapy rehab patients, and the general population. All including advanced or little to no experience in the gym. With 15 years of experience within the gymnastics, dance, and cheer world I offer a very unique skill set by incorporating strength training to enhance their performance and decrease risk of injury.Building a foundation and learning how to properly move through major movement patterns is a strength of mine that my clients get to carry with them forever. Prior injury should not discourage you to avoid exercise, if anything it should encourage you to make it a priority. A strong foundation to your training will allow for incredible success in your fitness journey. Our day to day life is very dependent on our physical and mental strengths and capabilities. Strength training allows our options to be endless. We learn to push through discomfort, do things we’ve never done before, lift weight that one can never imagine lifting, and end up relying on physical activity to be the biggest stress reliever there is.As your trainer, my mission is to improve your quality of life through moving your body, eating healthier, managing stress, improving sleep quality, and most importantly training for longevity and a happy healthy life.Individual or partner based sessions are carefully programmed to tailor training experience, goals, and interests. Sessions may include Strength, Conditioning, and or Mobility practice.Fun Facts: I truly love all forms of exercise, but strength training will always be number one. Outside of the gym, I am a huge foodie and love coffee. When I’m not in the gym, I am home with my cat, Jackson.
